Support

There are many ways in which you can support Future Hope People!

With your help, you contribute to the continuation of our existing work on the ground and make new projects possible. You are helping to change the face of this world a little and pave the way for children to a self-determined future!

Donate

Donations are the easiest and quickest way to support our work. Every euro helps us, so there is no minimum amount and you can decide for yourself how much you want to donate. In return, we guarantee that your donation will be used directly and without deductions and thus optimally support the projects.

You can transfer your donation directly to our association account (for transfers from abroad, please use the IBAN and BIC numbers provided). If you wish to donate to a specific project, please make a note of this when making your donation.

As a donor, you can of course receive a donation receipt for submission to the tax office. If you donate by bank transfer, please let us know your postal address by e-mail.

Sponsorships

Sponsorships are an important part of our project work. The lack of education is one of the main problems facing children and young people in Ghana. Many families live in poor conditions and do not have the financial means to provide their children with an education.

Future Hope People selects the most needy children from a large number of disadvantaged children and tries to find sponsors for them. Our sponsorships are long-term and give these children the opportunity to attend school regularly.

A sponsorship amounts to 15 euros per month and includes:

  • School uniform
  • School materials (books, exercise books, pens etc.)
  • Meals at school

Part of the money from the sponsorships is used for our project work and thus helps all the children at the respective school. In contrast to other institutions, where the sponsored children often remain anonymous, we support contact between sponsors and children. You can also write to your sponsored child at any time and regularly receive copies of the report cards documenting their learning progress.

📝
To sponsor a child, please download the sponsorship application form, fill it in, sign it and send it by post to the address on the form. We will get back to you as soon as possible with information and photos of a child who is currently looking for a sponsor.

Volunteer work

Future Hope People offers volunteers the opportunity to come to Ghana and actively support us on site. Students also have the opportunity to do a study or work-related internship with us in the fields of youth and education work.

Participants in our volunteer program are actively involved in one of our projects and at the same time get to know the country and its culture through excursions and activities. A minimum internship period of one month is recommended, but this can easily be extended if desired. Volunteers must cover their own travel costs to and from the project. The cost of board and lodging is 350 euros per month.

The following testimonials will give you a brief insight into the experiences of some volunteers on site:
